Ragley Treebeard specs

Hi all,
Here's a few pictures of "Treebeard" (had to rename it as that Hanson song really does my head in).
Built with some left-over parts and a few chosen gold bits to make it flash but not too bling, I think I got the amount just right and it all blends in very well with the green frame.

Primarily used as a winter bike, it rides really well, loves the mud and is surprisingly comfortable. My Zesty 314 has not been used for a few months and is getting jealous...

Some new pics of my mmmbop in action on a DH trail near Rome.
Do you really need a full frame bike? that is the question.

The tale of the dragon and the gnarly knight.

We're in England: East Lancashire moorland. 4 degrees celcius.  Early morning,  Cloudy, breezy. Nobody about.  From the spoil of open cast quarrying a centrury ago, a track is carved.  Hugging the ridges and hollows, a series of berms and rollers.  But not for fun. These are for grown ups. Rock strewn and ready to throw a surprise round each corner, the track is half designed and half dictated by the landscape and its dark history. This is not a red or black trail. This is a brown dragon.  But wait... a knight appears.  A shining Ragley mmmBOP. The cloud lifts. The dragon is tamed.  Go Ragley. Yay.
