My Pig (we think he gets it!)

Hiya

Firstly I'd like to appologise to you and in someway my bike. I bought a Blue Pig about a mounth ago and built is a commute/town bike - I know shameful but I didn't what I know now. Anyhoo last Monday my Nicolai AC (the Cow (I call my bikes after farm animals!)) got nicked so on Saturday I converted the Pig into a prober MTB. This evening I went for a ride and this is the e-mail I've just sent to my mate and owner of Psyclewerx where I bought it

"Hiya Robby

I have a bone to pick with you. This pig is fucking amazing and I mean proper, proper, proper fucking amazing. Just been round the route we did on Saturday including Lean Back, Knicker, Picnic Bench and the new descent and the bike just ate everything; I can't believe how good it is, how agile it is, how it climbs the thing is amazing. I'm totally buzzing at the moment I can't believe the ride I've just had, by far one of my best. After this ride I'm questioning why I need a Nicolai, Christ I must be ill. So thank you so many times there is not enough paper in the world to write it. I can now die happy I've found riding Nirvana. I really can't believe what has happened this evening I'm in shock. Oh chocolate.

Well have fun and sorry to bug :o)"

So all I can say is OMG what an amazing bike, I've died and gone to heaven.

Mugs

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely
in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways,
chocolate in one hand, red wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally
worn out and screaming ~ "WOO HOO - what a ride!"

Ragley Ti

Been putting the Ragley Ti through its paces on some of the Scottish 7 Stanes.  Great trails and the bike is absolutely awesome!

Fork: 2010 Fox 32 140mm 15mm Axel
Stans No Tubes Flow rims on Hope Pro II hubs
XT Groupset with Juicy 7 Brakes
24ish lbs

Best bike I've ever ridden. Just loves to hammer everything both up and down. Got a nice wide riser bar so the front lifts easily over everything.

Green 18in mmmbop

Just the one local ride so far - it's utterly brilliant going downhill and not too shabby on the climbs.  Taking it for a long weekend at Glentress and Innerleithen tomorrow (assuming it survives the journey on my mate's homemade bike rack...) which should be fun.  I seem to have pulled a muscle in my back during a Peaks epic ride last Saturday so I'll see if the big tyres and shimmed post are enough to take the sting out of the rear with 4 days of riding...

Weighs in a shade under 28lbs which is pretty impressive given it's a sturdy build!
